The STRANGE RADIO TEAM (S.R.T. ), even if grown up in the scope to collaborate to the purposes of A.R.I., is born for initiative and personal will of:
Oreste D' Anzilio IZ8EDJ, Fabio Roccatagliata IZ1EGT, Marco De Carlo IZ7DOK, Francisco Ruffolo IZ8EQF, Giovanni Calabria IK8LIU and Vincenzo Claps IK8YTG.
It appears obvious that A.R.I. does not have nothing to do with the birth of the S.R.T. that has been born for will of the indicated group and it collaborates to the performance of the S.R.T. respecting the A.R.I. rules.
It's also obvious that the belongings to the S.R.T. cannot involve some misunderstandings with the mutual belonging to A.R.I. Radio Clubs since they both follow the A.R.I. regulamentation.
The belonging to the S.R.T. is not subordinated to the adhesion to A.R.I., but only to the full respect of S.R.T. Regulations
The S.R.T. aim is:

• to establish friendships between amateur radio operators;
• to promote DX activity, Contests, DXpeditions and Special Events
• to promote cultural exchanges with similar groups, hamradio teams and clubs.

All the Amateur radios operators with a legal licence or SWL that demonstrates to have confirmed with QSL at least 150 countries can join the group.
The subscription only to the S.R.T has a fee of 10 euro with an annual volunteer renewal of 5E.
The returns will be EXCLUSIVELY used in order to organize the International DX Convention, the W.W.DX T., important SRT Contests and to sponsor DXpeditions.
The list of the subscriptions and renewals will come published annually on our official website after the International DX Convention.
The International DX Convention will be organized every year in April. Everybody is invited to come, S.R.T. members or not.
They could be excluded from the S.R.T. those amateur radio operators who have repeatedly violated:
• the IARU Bandplan
• the S.R.T. Regulation
• the norms of ethic or common sense of the amateur radio community
The S.R.T. takes advantage of an official callsign assigned permanentely from the Italian Telecomunication Organization: "IQ8OM"
Such callsign can be used during hamradio events, its use have to be granted by the S.R.T.
Its use can be granted to all the S.R.T. members also by making a formal request to the S.R.T. President.

The S.R.T slogan is: " ONLY THE BEST DXER AND CONTESTER CAN BECOME S.R.T ".
The S.R.T. HQ (Headquarter) is composed from five members.
The President is elected without time limitations by the Founder members.
The President choose or confirm annually three Vice-president and one Secretary for managing group purposes.
The S.R.T. HQ is invested of every power in order to decide the initiatives to assume and the line of the Team to follow.
The S.R.T. HQ presided from the President deliberates by the simple majority scheme.
The termination of the charge of President has place for resignation by the President himself or removal by the Founding Group.
